General terms and conditions for purchase in the online store

1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

The customer confirms that trading conditions for the supply of goods declared by the seller. Relations between the buyer and seller are subject to these terms and conditions, which are also binding on both parties.

2) ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES

We offer you the opportunity to purchase directly from your home where you can shop nonstop. You can easily and conveniently using a shopping cart, phone, e-mail or in writing to our address.
The contract is only the goods specified in the contract of purchase - order. In case of discrepancies, of course, you will be contacted.
We are committed to our customers we will only deliver goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications or features usual for the type of goods conforming to set standards, rules and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic.
Condition for the fulfillment of our electronic order completion of all required data specified in the order form. The order is also a sales contract, when the purchase agreement is the delivery. The conclusion of the purchase contract requires formal confirmation by the seller. In particular, especially more difficult cases, the seller reserves the right to give the contract confirmation in person or by phone and pay a financial deposit by the buyer.

3) CONFIRMATION ORDER

4) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

5) PACKING, SHIPPING, PAYMENT METHODS

Postage and packing
Ordered goods will send you a shipping service PPL, DPD, or Czech post. After an agreement is possible personal collection in the Czech Krumlov.
PPL - orders to 5.000, - CZK - freight is 80, - CZK. For orders over 5000, - CZK freight charge.
Czech post - orders to 300, - CZK - postage is 35, - CZK, orders to 5.000, - CZK - postage is 80, - CZK. For orders over 5000, - CZK pay postage.

PAYMENT METHODS
Ordered goods can be paid:
- Cash - only at a personal takeover
- Transfer to CA
- Credit card through a gateway GoPay
- COD - cash on delivery fee is 40, - CZK

6) DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time for stock is from 3-5 days, unless stated otherwise. Goods ordered will be sent within 15 days of ordering or deposit to our account.

7) REPLACEMENT GOODS

If necessary, your unused and undamaged goods to barter for other species. Goods delivery by package (no COD) to our address. Costs associated with changing borne in full by the buyer.

9) A WARRANTY CLAIM

Any complaints we will process an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged goods at the delivery so as to detect any defect or damage. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

a) defects resulting from normal use
b) misuse of the product
c) improper storage

How to claim:

10) The right to rescind the contract / order

Since the contract you have the right to withdraw in writing (eg. Letter, email) without stating reasons within 14 days of receipt of ordered goods by its recipient. To maintain this revocation period is sufficient to timely send a written appeal or delivery.

11) conflict with the contract

The possibility of applying conflict with the contract:
